Mills Specialty Metals, LLC

June 28, 2018

Mills Specialty Metals, LLC is a minority-owned Cobb County business with 20 years of experience dedicated to providing the best custom metalwork in the Southeast. Mills Specialty Metals only employs highly-skilled craftsmen, estimators, project managers and administrative staff with a great deal of experience and education in metal work. Each of the company’s employees is an uniquely-qualified artisan with appropriate certifications such as: welding, safety or numerous other construction related disciplines.

Mills Specialty Metals specializes in building beautiful, functional and durable metal work for residential and commercial buildings. Their work is found throughout Georgia in distinctive homes, large corporate workplaces, not-for-profit buildings, warehouses, small businesses, you name it. They specialize in ultra-creative projects, too.  In addition to providing phenomenal craftsmanship, Mills Specialty Metals is committed to delivering each job cost-effectively and on schedule. Mills Specialty Metals cares about their customers, offers exceptional solutions that rival their competitors, and always thrives to make their customers happy.

In 2014, Mills Specialty Metals was faced with the unfortunate departure of one of the company’s business partners. Upon the partner’s departure, Mills Specialty Metals decided to redefine themselves by performing work in other markets rather than focusing on the elevator industry, which they had primarily done prior to 2015. With a renewed sense of who they are and what they do, the company growth was unprecedented and Mills Specialty Metals became a top source in the Southeast for architectural metals. Mills Specialty Metals never lost sight of their overarching goals when things got tough. They maintained a positive attitude and never gave up on their dreams.
