BrandBank Recognized Again for Best-in-Class Customer Service

(CSP-www.cs.com), a premier provider of Customer Experience Management programs and market research solutions.  CSP also found that in 2017, more than 97% of BrandBank customers who provided feedback on their branch transaction were “highly likely” to recommend the bank to friends and family.  This means that more customers are satisfied, stay with BrandBank, and choose to tell others about their experience than customers of comparably sized banks.
