Cobb Chamber Names the 2018 Businesses to Watch

June 6, 2018

The 2018 Cobb Chamber Small Business of the Year Awards represent Cobb’s brightest business stars and up-and-coming businesses. The Chamber has expanded its Small Business of the Year program to include the Businesses To Watch awards. These businesses are on the rise—achieving incredible growth while launching just three years ago or less. We honored these companies at our First Monday Breakfast on June 4.

Help us congratulate our 2018 Businesses To Watch:

Four Hats

Four Hats provides the expertise, experience and equipment to safely create work zones separating construction crews from the traveling public, while keeping both groups safe. The company’s four major markets are electrical, water and gas utility contractors, road and bridge construction, special events and film industry, emergency and storm response. Established in 2014, Four Hats launched without start-up capital and without a customer base. Through hard field work and customer service, David and Tatjana Garten led Four Hats to experience a 2,076% growth rate in 48 months.

Peachtree Hearing

Led by audiologist Dr. Melissa Wikoff, Peachtree Hearing is a private audiology practice in Marietta specializing in diagnosing and treating disorders of the ear, including hearing loss and dizziness. In the past year, Peachtree Hearing has grown its customer base from 122 to 735 clients and experienced a 300% in sales growth! Dr. Wikoff contributes this explosive growth to offering the most innovative products in the industry.

Relocal Move

President and CEO David Griffith established Relocal Move in 2015 to provide corporate relocation services to associations and companies where every employee or member receives a benefit. Relocal connects its clients with realtors throughout the nation to help them buy or sell real estate, and then offers clients a 20% commission rebate. Key to Relocal Move’s business model is giving 5% to non-profits after every transaction. In 2017, Relocal Move donated $150,000 to charity.

Congratulations to our 2018 Businesses to Watch—you are the rising stars of Cobb’s thriving business community!
