WellStar Recognized for Diverse Workplace Culture

WellStar Health System continues to gain national recognition for its leading workplace WellStarKennestoneHospital_Twilight.jpgculture. Diversity MBA Magazine lists WellStar as one of its 50 Best Places for Women and Diverse Managers to Work. WellStar is the only Georgia-based organization on the list.

WellStar provides training on customs in various cultures with the goal of treating every patient with dignity and respect.

WellStar is ranked No. 40 on Diversity MBA Magazine’s list. Diversity MBA’s methodology consists of a multi-tiered process based on surveys of the company as well as secondary research to determine the Top 50. Companies are selected based on scores for representation, board diversity, recruitment, workplace inclusion, retention, succession planning and accountability.
