In Love with Logistics: Fulfillment Strategies International, Inc.

June 19, 2012

Founded on April Fool’s Day, 16 years ago, Fulfillment Strategies International (FSI) does not joke around when it comes to customer service. FSI is one of the leaders in the fulfillment service industry in the Atlanta area. Offering warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and custom kit assembly services, FSI really offers it all for any business that is looking to outsource. FSI sticks to their core competencies of fulfillment and kit assembly services in order to provide the best service available to their clients.

FSI is determined to help make their customer’s lives easier when it comes to dealing with third party logistics. With more and more consumers using the Internet to shop, eCommerce order fulfillment is continuously growing. Seeing this trend, FSI has been able to invest in software updates, servers, and people in order to keep up with demand. Recently, FSI introduced the FSI-Enterprise reporting system. This program enables customers to access updated information on their account, such as inventory inquiry, order inquiry, and item usage reports.

Still family-owned and operated today, FSI knows how important it is to keep customers happy, as well as to keep the local community happy. Every year FSI gets involved with many different events and non-profit organizations throughout the local community such as: American Red Cross blood drives, Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless, Calvary Kids Children’s Home, and Komen Atlanta Race for the Cure. FSI employees enjoy giving back to their communities and helping others that need it the most.

FSI demonstrates that putting customers first and their needs will have a positive return. The Cobb Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce FSI as one of  the 2012 Top 25 Small Businesses of the Year.
