                “We view our role as visionary as much as tactical. It all begins by stepping back to understand our clients’ current brand, messaging, competitive positioning and strategy products and services, future business goals and objectives, target audience(s), and other strategic information,” says April Wright, principal at 524 Creative.

      With the sudden downturn of the economy in 2008, 524 Creative was forced to reevaluate their business strategy. Many clients had smaller marketing budgets, so 524 had to develop a strategy that offered more for less. “We decided to focus more on digital marketing solutions, which cost less than producing print pieces. We have encouraged our clients to utilize more online and electronic communications in an effort to stretch their marketing dollars while reaching as much of their target audience,” says Wright.

      Today 524 Creative continues to grow as they documented a 24 percent  growth in 2011 alone. According to the owners, their “improvement stems from focusing more on offering strategic insight and consulting, in addition to tactical solutions.” It is amazing what this small business can do with just three full time employees and four part-time employees. They have managed to triple their customer base since 2009 and are still able to effectively give individual attention to each and every client take on.

        In 2011, 524 Creative worked closely with the Cobb Chamber on creating a new brand for the Chamber. The new logo which displays three interlocking boxes and new refined tagline are all prime examples of their exceptional work. Looking at the final product, it is obvious that 524 Creative kept the Chamber’s interests and objectives in mind while creating the concept by incorporating the three main areas of the Chamber: economic development, advocacy, and member services.

       Not only is 524 Creative exceptional at what they do, they are also heavily involved with helping the local community. Over the past year alone, 524 Creative has been involved with Must Ministries, United Way, Atlanta Blood Services, and the Atlanta Big Brothers, Big Sisters Program. They are proud to be able to give back to the community whether it is through active participation or helping an organization with a marketing project like their design of the “Transforming Lives” calendar for Must Ministries.
