Managing the Logistics: Fulfillment Strategies International

June 21, 2011

Beginning as a family dream, Fulfillment Strategies International opened its doors in 1996 with a shoestring budget and small facility, operating only one project. Over time FSI began to obtain more clients, turn small profits and eventually require a larger office and warehouse space. This fulfillment company works with a client and their product to provide the logistic expertise to deliver it to the market. From storage, to management, to shipping, FSI handles all inventories, which could include marketing material, displays, apparel or electronics. These programs are ongoing, so they develop a long-term relationship by learning the client’s business and becoming a valued partner to help achieve the client’s objectives. FSI pairs solid logistical fulfillment with strong web technology solutions through their in-house IT staff, which has created a suite of report solutions to deliver exactly what each client needs. FSI maintains a 99.9 percent order accuracy ratio and has been listed as one of Inc. Magazine’s top 5,000 fastest-growing private companies for the past two years ― a level not attainable by the competition. Five expansions, 15 years and 29 full-time employees later, they find themselves continuing to grow and remaining on the Cobb Chamber’s Top 25 Small Businesses of the Year list for the third year in a row.
